Wes’s Musical Meltdown for 06/26/2018: Vinnie Paul Tribute, Concert Psyching Rock, New Tunes, and More

This week’s Meltdown started out with a celebration of the music of Vinnie Paul, whom we lost late Friday night. The man may be gone, but his music will live on forever in the forms of Pantera, Hellyeah, Rebel Meets Rebel, and Damageplan. Rest in peace, Vinnie. Thanks for the great tunes.

Of course, we had the Cover Comparison, and lots of requests. We also discussed and played music from upcoming concerts by Karma 10, and Hair Nation tour artists Bullet Boys, Enuff Z’Nuff, and Great White. Well, Jack Russell’s Great White will be on the tour, but as Jack sang on all the hits, his version should be the only one that matters.

Join me Friday, June 29 for a special new music edition of Wes’s Musical Meltdown at 10:00 AM East on XTFM. We will be off next week for the holiday.
