Wes’s Musical Meltdown for 05/22/2018: New Day and Time, Shortened Show Due to Illness, But Still Fun

This week, The Meltdown moved to its new time and day on XTFM. Catch the Meltdown at 8:00 PM East on Tuesday nights. For the first few years, the Meltdown was a Tuesday night staple of the station. The move to Sunday was fun, but didn’t allow much time for friends and family on the days off…So, the move was made.

On this show, lots of new music was featured. Unfortunately, due to seizure activity, the show was cut short. The rest of the show will be done on Thursday evening, May 24, at 7:00 PM East on XTFM. That podcast should post Friday or over the weekend.

Thanks to our friends at and High Road Publicity for turning us on to several of the artists on this show and the Thursday night make-up show. If you hear something you like, the best way to support the artists is to buy their music and support their shows when they come through your town.

As the show is done live from Columbus Ohio, it was great to feature two local bands, Black Coffee and Karma 10. You’ll be hearing more from both in the future.
