This week, we brought you The Meltdown on a different night. As I’d taken this past Tuesday off, and had dealt with seizures that caused me to end the show less than halfway through on March 10, I decided it might be fun to fill in for House Calls on a Saturday night. Thanks to the listeners who did show up and interact; you all rock. We’ll be back to our normal time, 7:00 PM East on Tuesday, on Magic 109!
On this week’s show, we had a tribute to the late Kenny Rogers, a set of women in rock to celebrate International Women’s Month, lots of new tunes, and my listeners got creative with their requests. I can always count on you guys to keep it fun and lighthearted. Of course, we did touch a bit on how we’re handling the new Social Distancing norms, and after Alicia left to get some rest, I did use one voice break to give a bit more of my viewpoint on the whole thing, controversial though it may be. I make no apologies for my stances; this is why there’s a disclaimer at the beginning.
