Episode 016: Generations with Megan & Rebekah for January 9, 2018

The first Generations of the new Year with Megan and Rebekah was a great return to the airwaves after a few weeks off for the holidays. Megan talked a bit about the wedding, Bekah talked about Christmas Vacation…And through it all, they played some great tunes. Throughout the course of the show, the ladies gave us great conversation and music…and, we learn why we may have to be careful what songs we play around the house when Bekah gets into full-on singing mode.

We did expose you to a bit of new country, and had the cover comparison. this week, Van Morrison went up against Reel Big Fish. Thanks to XTFM’s own Bob In the black Boots for the suggestion.Enjoy!

Wes’s Musical Meltdown 2017 Year In Review: Part 2; Country

2017 was a pretty good year for music. I’ve divided the podcast into two parts. Part one is Rock and Pop; part 2, the longest part, is country. I’ll be using the same notes for both, but you’ll be able to distinguish which is which by the title.I’m sure there’s some music I missed in each category, but enjoy nevertheless. Feel free to use the contact links on the page to give your thoughts. Forgive the audio issues; I’ve never attempted pre-recording a show before, but will hopefully get better at it as time goes on.

Catch the show every Sunday night at 7:00 PM East on XTFM. We return live for the first Sunday of January. Get your requests in Here!
